Services Each of our clients receives a customized analysis of their situation that incorporates their property, the loan(s), value and laws. Based on that analysis many clients have then chosen one or more of the following services as their desired outcome: 1. Reinstatement - Determine the amount owed necessary to bring loan current. 2. Forbearance - Set up a payment plan to bring the loan current. 3. Modification - Adjust the loan terms (interest rate, payment and length). 4. Deed-in-lieu - Give the property back to the lender. 5. Walk Away - Leave the property in the most beneficial way possible. 6. Short Sale - List the property with a Licensed Realtor for less than the amount owed. 7. Refinance - Obtain a new loan to replace the current loan(s). 8. Excess Proceeds- Collecting excess money from the auction/sale of the property. 9. Postponements - Delay the auction/sale date of the property. 10. Stay In Your Home - Continue living in your current home. Not all clients will be eligible for all, some or any of these options.
